You appear to have some knee tracking issues, especially in your left leg. You may need to go to a good fitter experienced in the use of varus wedges to fix that, but maybe it may be something you can work on, that is keeping your knee cap tracking in a plane parallel to the main triangle of the bike while riding.

You may need to drop the stem significantly as your back is far from being parallel to the ground when you are in your aero bars. If you want to do tris you may need to re configure your entire fit as a fit for road, tts, and tris are usually fairly different, with tris being the most different. If that makes sense.

I would say that booking some time with a good fitter would be money well spent given that you have recieved some contradictory, some would say bad, advice on your fit.
+1 Invest in a good fit. Decide what type of riding you will be doing most of the time as using the aerobar position is going to require a different fit than traditional road bars. Your knees have a good amount of lateral movement (tracking issues) and they are quite a bit a way from the top tube. Something that a fitter should see pretty quickly. And I also see that you ride a bit toe down which says to me there is a saddle height issue. Best of luck with all of this. I would venture a guess that with a competent fit you will be way more comfy and powerful.
