Sigma Rox 9.0 does everything you ask, plus altitude. The only problem is that the cadence isn't recorded for use in the graphing. You can get average cadence for the ride, and min/max, but it doesn't save point values of cadence.

It's kinda expensive, but I love it. About $170 right now on TreeFort.
