The smallest size I've ever seen in BMX drivers is an 8 tooth. Check danscomp.com as a reference. BMX drivers are only for freewheeling BMX hubs, not fixed gears. As far as threaded fixed cogs go, the smallest size that is physically possible is a 12 tooth. Sugino makes one, Ebtech makes one, Monty makes one, someone else probably does too.

If you want wheelies, get a 42 up front and a stack of cogs from 18t to 22t and see what works right.

What are you currently riding? What type of cranks, what type of hub? All the info you have can help us tell you what will work best for you.
