Thus its going to be pretty upright for cruising around. But you can still get plenty low by getting in the drops and bending your elbows, for racing, or just wanting to go fast.
Problem is...temptation to use the drops is there. If they are set low and used...its the low drop that put the neck in greater flexion resulting in pain defeating the exercise.
There is no immaculate solution to this issue short of sacrificing some speed. One needs to be more upright to reduce neck flexion and that means being less aero.
