The only sure way to know what you'll need is to take your bike apart and make good measurements.
Next most certain is to buy a set taken off another identical bike.
Might check into Sheldon Brown's site, or if possible a Sutherland's manual.
As far as your last question, I'm not sure I understand it. Why do you need to see all options listed, if it wouldn't help you get what you need?
