Yes, I do mean reverse pedaling. And when the problem happen the wheel is still spinning while the pedals are locked.

And from various people mentioning about my chain tension, this is the current state of my chain tension.

My chain line is straight

From the centre of my chain (top half and bottom half) I am able to push inward 1cm when applied pressure. Is this normal or lose?
