Haha, this is funny.
Mine is the highest it has ever been. It's at a measly 35 right now...
Now that the weather's been getting better, I'm ramping up the training. 4-6 hours during the week and another 2-4 or so over the weekend. That number should start going up as I can ride more at night.
I'm basically trying to build up to a summer of doing about 1.5-2.5 hour rides everyday during the week and then racing and/or riding over the weekend. Rest days will be taken as needed. This is my 2nd year racing, and my first season where I will be here for the bulk of summer races, so I want to be able to enter the summer training regiment with enough of a 'base'.
I want to be in the 50-60 range by the time summer starts up. I think I'll be there if I keep riding as much as I am right now while building intensity and adding an hour to the total training time every 2-3 weeks or so.
