those kind of clipless are good for all around/commute use. I personally find that Look style clipless actually rides better when doing serious training/long rides. I wish I could get some of those type shoes/clips so I could ride around town w/ clipless and still walk into places without changing shoes.

I just bought a Tranz-X bullhorn, a reverse style tektro brake lever, a Pake crank, and some MKS sylvan w/ MKS cages. New build...
