It is very hard to find a frame new neverthe less used in that size. I ride a 63 - 64 cm frame and used is out of the question. You may just try looking around roadbikereviews, and other sites to see what is out there.
I say good luck and I mean it, you are going to have a hard time with this one...
BTW if you find a cheep under 200 al or steel frame in 62 cm plus PM me, me wants ss bike and I have been looking forever.
