Yes, you need a shock pump. You can get one at your LBS for about 20 bucks. Also, the Revelation fork is quite nice and well-liked. Not something you really ever "need" to upgrade.
Excellent, thanks for the tip. I don't plan on changing anything on this bike, other than maybe putting my usual M520 SPD pedals on there. Gonna pump up the shocks, throw on some barends and ride it like there's no tomorrow.
