Why not just spend 20-30$ more and get a pair of ortlieb (or other) bomb/water proof panniers? Storage capacity would be more than double. (if you needed it.....grocery run, laundry, etc...)
A pair of backrollers is what, $100? I have the same Topeak bag and it was $30 and weighs MUCH less. Yeah I don't have the capacity for two fifty pound bags of dog food, but I don't have the weight and drag associated with that capacity either. I'd feel like a fool using a backroller to bring a change of clothes to work.
