Just to pass on what an REI reviewer mentioned. Inside the fold down there is an small bungle type cord that is adjustable. The sides of the rack have an inverted V that I could never figure out why this strange look. Duh, it's to bungee the open side to the rack so it doesn't flap around. Just an FYI.
