Just get the kilo TT if the brakes and handle bars are getting swapped out anyway. If you are going straight to fixed gear, I'l nix the clockwork, I believe it only comes with a freewheel. You're going to have to drop at least $40 to get the cog and lock ring.
The bull horns and the SS gear were the only reasons I got the SST over the TT. I considerd the Clockwork but I didn't want the drops. IMHO, you can't go wrong with any of those.
