I'd second calling SRM. Their service is great. If you have not already tried it, in SRMWin go ahead and do a full battery reset of the head unit ( I am assuming you are using the PC VI and not a 705). If you are using a 705 I wish you the best of luck.
Didn't even think about calling them. How exactly do you do the full battery reset? (I am using the PC VI)
