May your saddle rest in peace.

Incidentally, when saddles break like this, it doesn't usually hurt. One moment, you're riding as usual, the next, you're sitting an inch lower for no apparent reason. Simultaneously, you hear a couple of metallic clanks from the saddle nose and assorted parts falling onto the pavement.

It only hurts once you realize what just happened.
