It's probably too small. I'm a couple of inches taller than you but with the same pants inseam, and I ride a 64 or 65cm. If I'm reading that diagram right, and assuming the bike's a Large, the seat tube is only 55.5cm (555mm, same thing), and it looks like they're measuring to the top of the seat tube, not the center or top of the top tube, which is more usual. That would make it a 53cm or so, which is REALLY little even when you allow for compact geometry. If you have to use a long seat post, you'll wind up reaching way down to the bars, which means your neck will hurt all the time and you'll rotate forward on the seat and numb the jewels. I'd be very cautious.
