The large field on the first ridge you see is now a town park. All of it. So it will never change. The property in the valley is a horse farm that is currently owned by one of the richest men in NJ, who is now living in France. He is a bit... unhinged. Given the current economics of RE development in the Hudson Valley, I don't expect that rich whacko to successfully sell to any RE developer anytime soon.
