I had one of the VO front racks banging around the shop for about a year now, sort of indecisive about which bike should get it.

Well, I'm retiring my Trek 620 after 8 years of daily warhorse. The best candidate to replace this is my Fuji Gran Tourer, and it needed a way to carry things, support handlebar bag. So it got the front rack.



It is a little more complicated than your typical bolt on rack, but the result can look pretty close to OEM:



Be patient and use good drill bits. This thing is steel and the fork tangs are pretty thick. Files and hacksaw are necessary for finishing things off.
