The A719 is a heavy duty touring/tandem rim. It weighs more than a Deep V and has none of the aero qualities. If you want a light, sturdy rim, get the OP. If you want a totally indestructable wheel at the expense of a little more weight, get the Deep V. If you want to haul yourself and 87 pounds of gear for weeks on end, get the A719.
