Hey all,

I'm riding the Katy over a three day period from Clinton to St. Charles.. the west to east route.

I'm planning the following:

Day 1 - Clinton to New Franklin (77 miles), camp at the Katy Roundhouse

Day 2 - New Franklin to Hermann (87 miles), stay in a B&B w/ my wife (who is meeting me there)

Day 3 - Hermann to St. Charles (61 miles)... get a ride home w/ my wife to KC.

Anyone have any recs on things I should check out? Or recommendations for gear. This is my first real "tour" if you want to call it that. I've got a LHT w/ front and rear panniers... Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!
