I'm sure you have plenty of time to train, you just need to use it more efficiently.
you're a cat 3. 8 - 10 hrs./week is more than enough to be dominant at that level of racing.
race through your state rr, if in early june, it's 2 months away. do your crits, but ride after to get in more saddle time. then take a break, go hiking, play golf, ride long enjoyable miles, take some summer classes or make some $, and start training hard in september to reach top form for this time of year.
