Thats assualt with a motor vehicle, not to mention the guy was a nut case, when he couldn't get around the cyclist he crossed over a concrete devider into on coming traffic, then crossed back over the barrier, pins some poor cyclist foot to the ground with his car! then proceeds to try and run down other cyclist?! Three square in the chest would have been the perfect reaction to his insane actions.
