are you a police officer? chances are, no, you're not.
it is not your job to get drivers to abide by the laws. that's the job of the police and the driver's moral obligation, whether they so choose to abide by them or not.
you got a problem, report it to the police.
if somebody hits you or puts you in danger and causes you to be injured, call the police.
otherwise, you have no legal right to do anything about it.
all these critical mass rides do is cause more problems and make it worse for people like me (people who do the right thing and DEAL WITH IT)
