I think you have the same cups as I had on my Peugeot PA10. I found a spindle that had the races the right distance apart, but the adjustable cup is so thick that the crank arm would not go all the way on, even though the spindle was quite long. I'm not sure that you could get a correct chainline for a fixed gear using those cups.
