I sent an email to one address, got a woman named Beth, that said she was no longer with the Company, and that the owners were trying to sell it, but she didn't know the status.
Called the phone number on the website again got Beth.
Sent an email to the only other address I saw on the website, and got no reply. So functionally they appear to not be operational.
I doubt there's much of a market for $3500 frames made out of a fancy aluminum alloy, when you consider what $3500 buys in carbon, so I'm betting their efforts to sell or restructure have or will come up empty.
