I love these threads. It's amazing how many people think that because they have a heartbeat, they should have their @$$ kissed.

And that's exactly the kind of attitude that makes me pass by three Bike Shops to go to one that's over an hour away, where I'm treated well whether I'm buying a new Orbea or a piddly bottle cage. Hubris will always kill any small business.
