I started working on my cadence yesterday. I measured objectively with the comp. I was maintaining in the low to high 80's Over 10 mile ride. I tried to keep it above 90, but life got a bit bouncy for my taste. I've noticed that cadence can get a bit tough to maintain on bad terrain. Even though i've just started to work on it again I will say don't become a slave to the computer. Riding should be enjoyed.
