The bike is basically stock except for the wheels. The LBS did swap out the stem for one with more rise, and the seat post for one with a rear offset. Otherwise, it's all 105 components, and the stock saddle (I'm not sure if I'll be able to handle that saddle or not yet).

As for the saddle bag, it's just a Trek bag with velcro (sorry, hook and loop ) straps.
