Bikes: surly cross check

I will start by telling you what worked for me and that was to lose 35 pounds. I realize that its obviously as simple as saying lose some weight, but if you stick with it and continue to try to push yourself you will get stronger. The great part about building more muscle mass is that bigger muscles burn more calories.
