When I'm doing hill climb intervals up the same hill, my best times are usually within 10-20 seconds of each other riding 3 different bikes (4 if you include a Spec Tarmac demo), ranging from <17 to 21-ish lbs. Ti/carbon front triangle, CAAD5 aluminum, lugged steel f&f. My best time over several years has been on the steel bike, which is neither the heaviest nor the lightest.

But if pcad thinks it's the bike in his repeated posts on the same topic, let him have his fun.
