and just a bit of unsolicited opinion - tubulars are completely unnecessary and overkill for a rec rider. The additional performance is not worth the $100+ per tire you're spending.
Best to do the gluing yourself. Its not that difficult and I wouldnt put my life in somebody elses hands. Top end tubulars can be over 100 but most are not. www.probikekit.com
