1) It has nothing to do with me being lazy since I'm not the one making accusations. The onus is on you, since you're the one making the claim he had "multiple positives".

Otherwise, you're spreading gossip, which is completely irresponsible, and you should expect some backlash. Rather than resort to name calling and acting like I took your favorite toy, you could have easily posted court documents or named sources with direct involvement in the investigation.
