I'm not hosing you or hating the bike (well maybe just a little, because I once owned one) but the tubing is not just short of Columbus Nonobtanium. and the lugs are not stainless. It IS a very tarted-up Windsor Carrera, no more, no less...probably offer a very nice stable ride...if you love it, then "let no man put asunder what heaven has joined together".
The one Campy item I hazard a guess that's present is a Nuovo Tipo (or perhaps Gran Sport) rear hub, maybe complete with skewer, maybe not...you'll know when it arrives.
