I always understand that one must avoid these direct confrontations, but my goodness, I got honked at at least once a day riding in high traffic miami streets and I just can't hold myself back from catching up and telling the person they are a complete ******* and flicking them off in their face. I usually also have the bad habit of knocking on people's windows that cut me off.. man I have to change! I've really made an effort to chill though, but I get so mad sometimes. My gf says it best when she says "do you really think I want to be alone to take care of your family after your gone?" I guess think about your close family members in moments of anger. It helps me just forget about it.. When I get extremely mad I think about my 15 month old nephew and how I'd like to see him grow up. Maybe it can help you?

but with everything else aside, I understand when you all get mad when people yell at you-- it's just the obvious difficult right choice to just ignore it.
