How many times have I experienced the OP's problem....lost count!!

My advice is this:

Call the idiot a "Redneck", "Poofter", "Bean-head', or whatever gets him even angrier so he starts chasing you on foot, keep provoking him so he goes absolute ape until he's about 100 yards away from his vehicle, then swing back, sprint at him, get around him, get to his vehicle before he does, steal his keys, take off and throw them into the nearest waterhole. If he's still chasing you on foot, get back to the vehicle again, before he does....set it on fire........

You know I'm joking...don't you?.
