I absolutely agree and am in no way trying to justify or say it was okay because I was close. By the way, I think I had the extra second here because it was fixed. He was fumbling around trying to get the pedal in a position to take off. No free wheel ******! That's what I should have said. I would have tackled his ass if he actually made it on. That could have been ugly... me being 27 and this being a 14 year old. But I'm so sick of these little thieving PUKES! Someone stole my car a few months ago and I still don't have that back and just had liability on it. I got absolutely nothing for it. This kid was lucky.
