I imagine this boy is working himself up to get a good Whopp-sass. My guess is that Karma or maybe someone p'd off enough to hop into their SUV, return to the scene, and flatten the whole herd (or maybe just a dude with a 44 magnum) will take this boy down a notch. At the very least, he and his crew will be getting their collective sasses kicked by stronger street gang, probably even before summer's end.
But, in the meantime, I think the vic filing a full report with the poli would be a good first step.
