I just looked it over and it really doesn't have any information on it.
It says:

address...##$# w wabansia...location:sidewalk.
(that's the location that I mistakenly gave them while under head trauma and anesthesia, not where it actually happened....which I remembered more clearly later....and I never said 'sidewalk')

No valuable information on it. Of course, I couldn't really provide them with any.
I'm pretty sure that they did dispatch a car to cruise that (incorrect) area.
