Well how about this. Is it the front or the rear wheel that's doing it? Run the bike in the stand with just the rear wheel, or just the front. Then combo it up with a different set of wheels. Then combo that with tyre+tube on/off. I mean if you've isolated it to the wheels itself this is a cakewalk. I wish I could actually be where your bike is to figure this out.
I would say neither wheel in that both have been swapped out with totally different and even different kinds (carbon deep rim versus standard rim clincher) of wheels. The sound does appear to be coming from the rear, but that can be very deceiving the way sound travels and echos. We had a guy in our group the other day with clinking C02 cartridges and each of us kept checking our bikes thinking the noise was coming from our bikes.
