It has been over One and half years since I purchased my Bottecchia and I still love it, I have a ton of miles on it and even did a 200K with no problems.

About three months after I purchased the bike my bike shop discovered that the frame was loop sided. My LBS and I called Bottecchia talked to "Dave" told him what the problem was, he had us return the bike and he sent us a new 2008 bike. My LBS was impressed.

After all of this time if I had to do it over I would buy the same bike. No regrets.

Did up grade the handelbars and stem to the Token carbon fiber handelbars and stem. I really don't like the breaks on the bike (Cane Creek) one day I will up-grade but no pressing issue.

Bottom line is, I still enjoy riding my Bottecchia.

and I still have my "flat tire".

Oh, yea I did change my seat and did change the pedals but those are things I would do with any bike I purchased.
