It looks like he was at the start and two spots along the ride. I remember him where Encinal forks from Mulholland, and I found my picture (#66 in gallery 3), but I can't find it in the second location and I don't remember seeing him on the road again... I'm guessing I must have beat him there Does anybody know where the second location was?
