. But why are there still posts with nubs like me asking "what should I do, where do I start" kinda threads? Well I can see that on the other hand that IS what forums are for>to help people out. I guess what I'm trynna say is that I don't want it to become the main purpose of this forum to help us out on our "first fixed gear (yay!)" all the time because at some point, and this has happened, some of the senior members DO get fed up and proceed with the insults rather than help them out with their predicament. I don't know, maybe I'm just trying TOO hard to help out. Should I just let it be then?
Because it's Spring time so people are buying bikes to ride in the nicer weather. Posts like this happen all the time but I'd expect them to increase exponentially during this time of year. This thread won't stop them from happening though...I mean, if people didn't bother to read the sticky, why would they ever bother to read this thread?
