You know the top and bottom bearings can/do fit differently with some headsets, right? You're sure you weren't installing them upside down?
If you're really having a problem with your frame (which I'm assuming you bought new from a dealer), call Cervelo and see if they're willing to replace it before berating the company on the interwebs.
As for deciding that they're bad bikes because you don't like how they look, I suggest you actually ride one on some climbs and a few really nasty, bumpy, cracked roads and report back.
