Easton Upgrade For My Bike?

Hey all,

So, for my graduation (BA's) present to myself, I'm considering the following upgrades to my 1999 Kona Kapu. I've been riding it a lot for the past three years, and I think it's time I upgrade.

Pro's and con's of any of the below listed items would be appreciated.

EC 70 Stem (budget minded)

EC90 Aero Handlebar

EC70 Seatpost

EC90 SL Fork

I would like the stem and handlebar combo because I've never had a set that matches up! I've always needed shims of one nature or another, and dammit it's time, right? Anyway, hopefully it will help my carpel tunnel pain as well due to the vibrations and such.

I'm on the fencepost about the seatpost. How much will it actually help anything? I currently have the stock AL Kona seatpost.

The fork is my one real desire. I've heard these are pretty bomber proof forks. I need something durable. I'm a very light rider (126lbs give or take a few bacon breakfasts), but the roads I ride tend to be pretty atrocious. I have longed for a more vibration and rattleproof set up, so this is what I'm thinking.
