I didn't have a time goal since the course was different than last year.... I'd have been shooting for 7:20 or so on the old course.
Halfway into it I was thinking I could do it in about 6, but I got tired and was going slower on the rolling hills after Decker. Mostly I was looking for a good time vs the other guys who do well in the series.
