oh ya, the first half is pretty "easy" complared to the second half. the real hurt will be upon you once you crest COP - the big climbs come after that!
finally, we will be stopping in bowness at cadence coffee for a short break to regroup, refresh, and reenergize for the savage "hellingen" that dot the second half of the course.
