I am a newbie to this forum so THANKS in advance for anyone who can help. I have been riding my Specialized Allez Elite bike for around 6 months now. I am new to biking so for my casual 40-50 mile rides I figured this bike would be sufficient. From time to time I get a severe pain in the lower back and also in the neck/shoulder area. In addition I get some pain in the knee area. I am trying to find the best possible place that would fit me for my bike. I am in the Lyndhurst, NJ area and I heard good things about Cycle Sport in Ridgewood, NJ (if this isn't so, please let me know)....

Can you guys recommend a place to go and get fitted? Really appreciate in advance any help that anyone can provide...
