Look at the May 2009 issue of Bicycling...They have an article titled "6 weeks to race ready" you could condense that and be pretty close.
weeks pretty much go like this
mon- rest
tues - specific interval training
weds.- endurance ride 1.5 -2 hrs
thrus- specific interval training
fri- active recovery
sat -enurance ride (longer than weds)
sun -group ride or race simulation
this should work
