Thanks. The frame looks a lot more beat up in person, as we have been through a lot together (first fixed gear a few years ago). I also has some really crap components on it like some ancient "Schwinn Approved" brakes. The geometry is very relaxed, which makes it handle kind of funny as a road bike. I stuck the 27" wheels back on it (re-spaced/dished the rear for single speed freewheel) and some thin, knobby tires I had sitting around and I hope to take it to the park which has a lot of fun hardpack dirt trails. I'd like the stem to be about 2 cm longer, though, as I am a little cramped on it, even with my short torso. I am also hoping that the 40x18 gearing will be appropriate for its intended use.
