Getting sick last (for 5 mos.) year killed my 1m power, I'm thinking.
Things are looking better but my sprint and my 1m are in the tank. Maybe I'll be a TT'ist this year, haha!
My NP is higher for sure. These are from actual watts, which lends credence to the idea that the "drop off" isn't super accurate. Which makes sense since a lot of workouts I do are pretty specific and different from one another.
NOTE: I arrived at 270W as my FTP based on the CTS Field Tests.
My average for the two was 290W. I plugged that into the Coggan/Allen formula (before I had WKO) and arrived at 270w.
